This is the second day of the belly and leg exercise plan for kids. Today they will continue the work started in the previous video with minor differences, but still a lot of fun!

While the goal remains the same, you'll notice the presence of more floor work and less intense cardio movements. The series seeks to strengthen the core and leg muscles, helping children to stay in shape! A little mobility and stretching is also included in this pack, making it a good option for working your upper and lower body on any given day.
